End-to-End Quality Control Process

1. Pre-Production

  • Fabric and trim evaluation
  • Lab testing for color fastness, shrinkage, chemical compliance, etc.
  • Fit analysis and pattern verification
  • Pre-production meetings with factories to align on standards

2. During Production

  • Inline inspections at critical sewing and assembly points
  • Monitoring workmanship, construction, and tolerances
  • Ensuring factories follow approved methods and AQL levels
  • Corrective action plans when deviations are found

3. Finishing & Packing

  • Inline inspections at critical sewing and assembly points
  • Verifying compliance with buyer’s packaging manuals
  • Randomized checks as per client-specific guidelines

4. Final Inspection

  • AQL-based final inspections on finished goods
  • Confirmation of measurements, finishing, and presentation
  • Testing of final garments as required by clients
  • Approval for shipment only upon meeting all criteria
